What, exactly, does that mean?
I write copy that gets you more clients.
Why do I do what I do? I've always been fascinated with people. I love figuring out what motivates us; what makes us tick. And I've always loved writing. My two passions merged in college when I earned degrees in psychology and English.
At the time, it didn’t seem like the disciplines fit together all that much. I thought about pursuing a career in the health industry. Or becoming a writer. I never thought I'd find a profession that combines both. As it turns out, copywriting is the perfect blend of the two.

Why Spiritual and Holistic Health?

My interest in natural health began in 2004 when I was diagnosed with depression. Most days getting out of bed took every ounce of energy I had.
Anti-depressants helped but produced undesirable side effects. I knew they were just a band-aid for a deeper problem and I vowed to find a way to heal myself.
During that time, I managed a natural health store and learned about alternative healing options. Hypnosis, acupuncture, energy healing, herbs, homeopathy, and countless other therapies piqued my interest.
Using what I learned was key to overcoming the depression I'd had for years. Today I’ve been medication-free for over 10 years.

These days, I exercise, eat well, practice yoga, and spend time in nature. I’m a firm believer in the power of the body + mind + spirit. And I’m passionate about alternative health options. I love educating others about treatments and therapies that may be new to them.
